Take care of your treasures

Jewellery becomes tarnished when they come into contact with direct sunlight, damp and extremes of heat and cold. We recommend that you keep your jewellery away from any direct contact of water, soap, perfume or cosmetics. If your jewels do come into contact with water or any chemicals, use a dry soft tissue or towel to gently pat them dry. Remove all your jewellery before and after applying make-up, beauty products and perfume.

Guarantee and Repair

1 years from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the product occurs. We work with experienced manufacturers to create handcrafted, pieces that are made to last. The guarantee does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear ( like a bent ,dented, broken , chipped etc), improper use or storage of your product. We can however repair broken jewellery at a minimal charge and if possible. Contact us for more details. Always put your jewellery on last when dressing so clothes don’t catch on it.
